Tried it yesterday @ STB... bloody hell the thing is light, feels like your holding a plastic kids gun. Really easy to fire fast on the trigger as well, shame it looks bizzare.

Would debate one cause there pretty reasonably priced in comparison to similar markers... shame I still refuse to buy SP gear until I see how there court case in the US pans out :(

Anyone else try it? What were your thoughts?

From what I have read Paul it isn't overly impressive, about 1000 from a 4500 1.1 according to those who have already bought one. Not too bad, but not a patch on a well setup cocker or viking etc :)

On a par with an Lcd Angel then IIRC.

I was impressed that despite being so light there was no kick to it.

Nice marker.

it should not shoot any differently to any other spool valve based gun, (ie matrix)
it should have low kick, strait flat shots, and a quiet sound signature.

It does shoot similar to the Matrix, but has little or no kick at all  well none I could feel anyway.... but using a cocker I probably wouldn't :D

Played with the shocker at the pheonix stand ( smart parts had lent ( or sold) theres to a team and I couldn't find them!)

Firstly it was nice v.v. fast, light too, was told that a full halo was heavier than the gun ( not sure if it inlcuded air or not but if anyone wants to pass me an air system, new shocker and halo I'll provide the paint!)

I believe it was Andy at the pheonix stand ( sorry if this is wrong)
he said that the amount of shots was better than a basic impy (no mentions was made about comparisons between 03 shocker and tape-worm impy).

Also infomed that the new eyes (meant to be very nice) are out soon, (smart parts soon maybe?!) and colours are out next year.

Also one of the ducklings was using a nice shocker and he could fire it v.v fast.

and must agree with previous points re kick and weight ( but then I own an old shocker! think my car weights less)

Playing against the Ugly Ducklings in Sweden i wasnt really that impressed with the accuracy of the Shocker, the balls were going everywhere even though the barrel was still. There were balls dropping short and balls going long. And as it doesnt have an eye the guy was firing fast but chopped a few balls. They do feel light, and fire fast, and i do like the look of them, smaller profile they looked wicked.

At STB I think it was Tris whow as guesting for the Ducklings, that was firing it. Had a quick handle of it, and it does indeed rip fast, and is light but I did not play with it in a game, so cannot say anything else.

The new profile does look wicked though, and I would love to see what sort of milling and special designs the custom houses come out with. Is there much left on the marker to work with???
