Looks like a Bushmaster pump. Very popular gun with pro teams in late 80's & early 90's. Should have SI Bushmaster engraved on body or frame somewhere.

Not sure on value, but it is more than useable - I wouldn't want to walk onto a sup'air field with one, but I would happily use one on rental days or woodsball walk'ons.
