Definately illegal in tournament play under the PA rules:-

You may carry two hoppers onto the field, however, you may only actually take ONE hopper onto the PITCH.

There's already a thread about this sort of thing (not the same) but all the answers will help ya. It's about the QLoader. Do a search.

it would be legal in the eyes of the law but not under tournie rules as you are not allowed double barrels....thats a rather nice palmer typhoon tho (think its a typhoon)

the main reason it is illegal is because it has to be one shot per pull, and this would be 2 shots per pull...
