Anyone here had their Tanks tested?

I am about to have our tanks tested as they passed their pressure inspection test dates. If you have done so how do they mark the carbon fiber wrapped tanks? Put a sticker, glue a paper label, what? I know that they punch the new test dates on pure Alu-tanks, but obviously they can't punch anything on carbon fiber.

Normally they put a sticker on the bottle then put some real sticky tape around it to stop it from wearing off.
