IR3

Yeah I know a dude with a shiny new blue IR3 fly that doesn't work too well. Bit of a bummer really, as his previous angel worked like a dream. Come to think of it his name is Wayne too. Kinda freaky if you ask me ;)

Problems here as well.. less than 5000 cycles and I find out that the Exhaust valve is wrongly manufactured.. Bang.. Fssssssssss, no marker for 2 weeks..

luckilly we have a few WDP Angel Techs on the team so getting it fixed was not a problem.. but did cost me for parts (seems the warranty only covers labour)

We got 3 IR3's in the team and 2 are being repaired as I post same 2 guns just different colours but with different problems though. Mine with a reg problem 1st shot going hot every time and the other again shiny blue and he is called Wayne even more freaky, his is just leaking and velocity problems.
But we got some luvly sponsors in the form of sub7 paintball aka Kitch and co' and they are sorting it all out for us.

Don't they have to pay for it if it's faulty part / manufacturing? I thought thats the whole point of a warranty. Its only if *you* break it that you should have to pay to fix it. If I'd bought an IR3 for god knows however much they cost, and it went bang cos it was bolted together wrong, I'd be pretty pissed if WDP asked me to cough up to fix it.
