was bought for my birthday the new dye google timer aswell as some new googles.nice bit of kit well packaged in a shiny tin with lots of foam protection and the added bonus of free batteries supplied.opened up the battery compatment fitted batteries and guess wot NOTHING NOWT BUGGER ALL 
.SO THANKED MY LITTLE LAD (5)for his great birthday present underlying pissed off mode regards it not working.so reread the instructions twice to make sure must by the batteries so christmas eve like an idiot went into coventry town centre but new batteries as the guy at the stall said the supplied ones were going slightly flat,GREAT new batteries will solve the problem NOT £3 FOR TWO BATTERIES AND STILL NO TIMER.
Surely these products are checked as part of the quality control process we all hear about so why wasnt this one and to make things worse cant even think of getting replaced or refunded til the shop opens on 5th of january.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM OR AM I JUST UNLUCKY?
