Sounds familiar - just don't slag them off on the forums cos they have spies who'll grass you up - then you'll get a gobfull on the phone off them.

Apparently it's because the payment system they use to take payments doesn't clear for a week or something.... well that's the reason I got anyway.

They are moving servers at the moment,so you may not be able to get on the website at the moment.
Telephone the shop tomorrow on 01757 289777 and ask to speak to Tony and he will sort it out.
The shop is only open on Mondays,Thursdays and Saturdays.

I ordered the Mask online and was sent an email saying it was being processed. Their server can't be down as my brother who ordered one around the same date got one yesterday saying DYE I3 were out of stock.

Just Puzzled that's all (plus I would Like it for the 8th december )
