I was wondering if anyone knows about any shops around the southeast? Ive yet to find any, but I would rather try equipment out before I splash out on it, rather than hoping for the best like I have been doing.

Yeah, thats the closest I have seen but is probably around a 3 hour drive as its other side of London to me. Mainly looking for something around the Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex area if there is anywhere.
Edit: As per my PM, I'd suggest buying from Lips ( http://www.lpspaintball.biz ). Jon and Chris have a great selection, and do some damn good deals. However if you are wanting to look at stuff eyes on, and can't travel far then you could go to the below.
