I'd be inclined then to start a dispute as long as it wasn't a personal payment.

Usually you'll find the package will show up very quickly or the money will be returned, albeit a bit of a faff around.

Welll ive escilated it to a claim as this to$$er still hasn't sent me nothing, he hasnt replied to a single pm, and now he hasn't replied to paypal,
if someone knows or plays with this Kid , give him a nudge as he'sgiving ballers a bad name and really pi$$ing off the wrong person
