For a compressor suitable to fill dive tanks, or gun bottles to 4500psi, you're looking around £1500 - £2500.

What you're after is a dive tank compressor, they come in 2 output pressures, 3500psi (232bar) or 4500psi (310bar). Try getting in touch with Hpac, or your local dive shop.
