i am after a bit of advise on barrels for my mates tippmann a5 he has a flatline barrel on it but the consistance isnt very good due to the backspin of the barrel we were thinking of a 14 inch or 16 inch barrel is there much diffrence ??????
any advise regarding barrels ??

the 16 may be a little quieter but other than that you wont notice an acuraccy difference......anything over around 10 inches produces similar results with paintball markers....most people seem to use a 14 these days
go for the 14 unless you are a back player in which case the longer barrel may be useful

If your mate wants a longer range barrel like the flatline, without the hassles, try an BT Apex. They're not picky about paint, the range is further and more accurate than the flatline, they're easier to clean, shorter and lighter and quieter.
