232 bar is equivalent to 3000psi
You will need a paintball fill adaptor

Yeah my dive shop charges that to fill my 12L and 15L tanks

If you are buying secondhand check the 10L tank is in test, and factor the cost of any re-testing into the sale price

You won't be able to fill or use it unless it has a valid test certificate
