Condemned Paintball
Hi, I'm very new to the sport, only really been playing down at Apocalypse in cambridgshire for about 5 months? Just wondering what other kinds of things there are to get involved in, i'm 15, live in Hitchin hertfordshire, dont have a car obviously but have a parent/chauffeur. Got my own piece, Smart parts Vibe, with an air tank, empire reloader II, some other woodsball gear (e.g. harness in german camo) and some dye locklids. Got into the game just a little too late to enjoy the big game last year but heard lots about it... If you've got any suggestions for what else i could get involved in in my area it would be great hearing from you.

Matt x:rolleyes:x

i take it your firmly woodsball then if you're upgrading from a light fairly fast electro to a hefty semi? :p

it's all up to you but if yor also thinking about upgrading then go for a more tourny style gun as they can be used in both supair and woods whereas if you tried taking an a5 to snetty (supair) you wouldnt have much fun ;).

but as for either playing (stargate) or buying kit (A5) play! spend your money on getting better and having fun playing paintball rather than looking at some new kit.

I really recommend snetty though awsome little site and awsome bunch of guys :)

Just like the heftiness of the a5, but the idea is that i'v got the A5 for any woodsball, and the ibe for any 'sup air and all that, I do of course need a new barrel as its a Smart Parts gun, And "good stock smart parts barrels" is a contradiction of terms.

i dont see why to be fair unless you want to go all out milsim then no need to get an A5, the vibe will outshoot it in wods or supair. instead spend the money on a barrel like you said and paint to play :)

For a start reliability, the Vibe has managed to break on me almost every time i'v used it in the field. Annoying. Mechanicals are generally more reliable. Tippmanns look nice. I fancy something new. With a flatline you cannot argue that the tippman will way outperform the Vibe in woodsball. :D
