Another lube question

Ok, so it looks like "shocker lube" or "Dow Corning Molycote 33" is THE lube that's recommended for markers, and it won't rot your o-rings.

Soooooo.... where can I get some (in the UK) that doesn't cost the earth for a pea-sized amount?

Does anybody know what the actual make-up of this lube is, and whether it is sold under a different name in any of the easily accessible electronics/hardware/DIY/motorists supply stores?

try halfords m8ty they do moly grease for about £5 its a massive tub(only thing is its grey in colour)works fine on the shocker the hubby uses

hey......QP as a team member u can use some of my love juice..........it is like the only aproved lube to use on p8guns i think

Well, currently I'm only using a Spyder Xtra (which is non-electro, but still suspiciously overheated and caused severe wear on the valve/pin the other weekend) but am also thinking about a future upgrade, and what would be cheapest to run - that "love juice" cost me £4 from Smart Parts, and I'm afraid to use it cos it's so expensive...

love juice is good and you don't need much,a bottle should last you ages

hmm, ok... so there's no reason to use the "special" molycote stuff that comes with shockers/impys?
