Ok 2 problems really.

Basically gas the gun up, switch it on - Tank @ 600 and inline at 270 (max i put it to). Can hear the solenoid firing but the bolt doesnt move at all... just doesnt budge, yes ive made sure eyes are off :p

Got dwell set to 12 , tryed 14 aswell, not sure whether to try higher

Its a Ion with Hyper 2 reg, qev , conquest air system, us board.

Any ideas?

Also, number 2.

When switch my Conquest on , its so bloody hard to get the switch down and locked, even with the pressure set quite low. Is it supposed to be like that? or am i doing something silly?

its worrying that you had it set at 300, from what ive read 250 is enough to destroy your noid.

anyway....

1. Check your dwell is set correctly.
2. replace your battery again, with one you are sure is fresh

3.Take the body apart, uninstall the front banjo. And gas it up (air will be coming from the loose banjo as well). the bolt should fly forward.

if this happens it means that mechanically your bolt assembly should be in working order.

after that, your noid will be under suspicion
