I might get a angel 2002 lcd and i was just wondering, do they come with a regualator or do you have to buy one??

All LCDs and IR3s have a standard ASA thread, only the older Angel LEDs use a non-standard thread.

The stock inline is fine and when cleaned and maintained a close +/- 5 fps can be achieved, with good paint barrel match of course.
