Angel Thread Markers?

So I'm still looking at purchasing my first marker, and I'm mainly looking at getting a GoG Enmey. However, I have just been given a 14" Empire barrel with the Angel thread/fitment and I've been told it will not fit.

I really have 2 questions regarding this:
1) Is is right that the Angel thread doesn't fit the GoG Enmey, and if it doesn't what thread does?
2) Are there any good starter markers that use the Angel thread that may be a better option than the GoG marker.

Hi mate, GOG uses the GOG/smart parts ion threaded barrels

Angel threads are old and not used on new markers now. You might be able to get a converter for your existing barrel kit
