Angel tech training

Someone mentioned to us at the weekend that seeing as the majority of the team are shooting Angels, we should consider paying for one of us to train as an Angel Tech to cope with any little problems we might have, do our own servicing, etc.

I had no idea this was possible - does anyone know anything about it? Who do I contact and how much would it cost?
