Are the R11 bolt sany good, what difference do they make and is there a UK supplier. Apparently the bolt in the Angel Speed is virtually the same format as the R11 but with a metal piece making up the three air holes.

R11 is an excellent bolt, however it is not being made anymore. Any UK store that carries Warped Sportz gear may have an r11 or two left, but I'm not sure exactly where you would look. I believe though, that the stock bolt is best. The reason that you see velocity increases with aftermarket bolts is because of the heavier mass hits the valve with more force. That will increase your velocity, but it will also cause premature wear on your internals and body. I don't think anybody wants that...
