hey what voltage are angel chargers, what im gettin at is can u buy a angel charger from some place other than WDP thats cheeper?

The input voltage is 12v (13.8 actually) but the output is "smoothed" down to approx 6v but you would have to meter a charger to get the exact figure plus the input voltage needs to be pretty stable 1 amp constant. Stop trying to cut corners (I saw your other post

Hey, over here, you can get a 1 amp wall adapter for the car charger for about $10.00 at Radio Shack. You should already have the car charger...so what's expensive?

Most everything here is more expensive, but even your $10 unit "can" cause problems. Paradox is trying to save even buying a regular charger, so even if your $10 unit "was" usable here (wrong voltage for the UK) it would still add to his costs.

yeah only prob is wdp dont sell car chargers on there own only battery shroud and charger for 64 quid!!!! and i have a tourney on sunday !!

You can check online electronics catalogs also, I've even found spare gun solenoids for about $50.00 cheaper, you just need to keep the old nipples.Meanwhile, PBB seems to have a solution for ParaDox

Yes WDP do sell the car charger on its own, I spoke with Frazer today about another matter and in passing mentioned your woes and he had seen it online
The car charger is $50 which is approx £33Nulodpball....Paradox doesn't even have the car charger that comes with an Angel so thats what he is trying to get or make a replacement charging unit...the "correct" way is to use the Angel car charger and plug that into a "proper" wall unit...thats where the costs rise....WDP don't sell a wall charger unit, all countries have to source one in their locale, just it is up to you to buy a charger that does the job properly

Ooops! My bad. I guess I assumed everyone had the car unit or knows someone who does...all it takes is 15 minutes or so and you're good to go for the day...if someone is kind enough list out the output on their charger and the polarity...of course I tend to view the idea of going cheap on an expensive gun is...
