angel prob

my friend has an angel and for some reason it wont work properly.. its new

the gun was charged for 5 hours. it shoots fine without air but when we attach the air and fire, the computer shuts off after 1 shot. any ideas on whats wrong?

That sounds like an odd problem, is it an angel 4 or speed.

its a speed

i contacted the angel tech guy but the response is kinda slow. he asked me if it was charged by a car or wall outlet. it's the wall outlet

anyone have any more ideas?

I thought WDP advised against using a wall charger and that's why they only supply car chargers?

use the car charger,then try it again,sounds like the battery hasn't got/getting enough power

There's a chance the angel hasn't had enough charge, where did you get the wall charger from, and what model is it. Can you charge the speed from a car, to eliminate the wall charger as a fault.

wdp does sell a wall charger here in the usa

according to the grip panel, the battery is fully charged.. so i'm not really sure whats up with it.. i took it to my local pro shop and they said the board may not be fully connected and something may have come loose so it should be sent to wdp

If you open the display side of the grip frame, make sure the plugs are fully home, in their sockets, and in the right place.

the gun is new, he just bought it, its his 2nd time using it
