Angel pin problem

Dunerat

player for hire
Ive got an Dark Angel LCD.
I put the thing on charge and on the screen came up ( - P I N - ).
I have tried the following
I switch on the gun and on the screen comes (-P I N-) I hold the trigger in then I press the bottom button and up comes ( 0 - - - ) Then I enter the code, after entering the code I hold in the top button, I let go of the trigger then a couple of seconds later I let go of the top button then on the screen its still says "pin" but the gun is live - how do I get rid of it saying pin and how can I get back into my menu?
:(   :(

You need to borrow a datalink cable or get a tech to reset it, you can try pressing both the buttons on the board that you can see with the grip off but AFAIR that just resets the settings not the PIN request.

He will there as he's using my IR3. I already checked out that the techies for the tourney will not be able to fix it so it means having to send it to someone to have a ganders.
