Angel owners please HELP

Whenever the backlight on the LCD is on you can hear a buzzing sound, is this normal

Either you have a bee caught in there that gets electrocuted every time you switch on your Angel, or something's busted.
Never had it with mine though, so I can't tell you what it is. I guess it's a good plan to check in with WDP...

Have you tried turning off the vibro option?

Frasier is rather slow before and after major tournies, so if you may want to call rather than email.

I've just got it, and yeah I had a fiddle. I turned the vibro off I think, along with the back light. The buzzing only occures when the back light is on (hence why I turned it off). The buzzing was there when I got it, so nothing i've done has changed it.

Neither one of my Angels buzz, hiss or make any noise! Didn't you just change over to an Eclipse frame? Maybe something is touching somewhere or loose!

The eclipse frame hasn't arrived yet. I only got the gun yesterday, and noticed it with-in a couple of hours Also sent a mail to LPS, there Angel freaks as far as i'm aware

It is 100% normal.

I spoke to John Rice about it the week before last. What it is is the back light runs at a very high voltage and it's the mini transformer that sometimes puts out the buzzing sound.

It is normal, don't worry about it.

The gun is so bloody shiney I could use it in place of a mirror. Shiney blue with all the tints I've had to order extra doses of chrome add ons to try and hide the shiney. I'll take some before and after pics and send them out. Bits should be here in the next couple of days
