Any synthetic oil designed for paintball is fine. You can pick some up at any paintball shop. I have a 2 ounce bottle of ACI airlube that I've been using for like 2 years. A few other paintball companies have their own branded oil as well, and most shops sell and recommend Gold Cup. As far as grease goes, try to use something sold through a paintball channel. As a general rule, you don't want anything petroleum based, because it dries out o-rings and then they want to crack (which defeats the purpose of putting grease on them in the first place). Silicon grease, teflon grease, lithium grease and DOW 33 are all good from what I hear. Your angel shouldn't need greasing real often (every 20,000 shots, grease the ram o-rings, LPR o-rings and main reg o-ring). Last time I serviced mine, I used lithium grease (mostly because it was the only kind I could find in town like a year ago when I bought it, and I haven't bought any since), but I've heard you should avoid it, as it dries up and can swell o-rings. I'm no expert on how different greases interact with different surfaces myself, but Ken Crane at AOG, when asked, said all of the above lubes were okay to use.
