Hi

Heres the situation, I left my angel lcd on and the battery ran down. So I charge the marker up and the whole thing has reset to factory settings, as well as the cycles, trips and the ID number all going to zero. Has anyone heard of this happening, and as the manual states will it effect my ability to get the marker serviced?

Also I haven't had it touched by anyone no upgrades, services, etc. It hasn't been opened up at all and the only thing out of the oridinary is the battery running down but surely this wouldn't reset everything would it????

Any input on the impact of this occurance please pitch in.

Thanks

Are you certain that once your battery is recharged and that when in safe mode you pull the trigger the serial number doesn't display, if that is the case, the next question is, did you buy the Angel new if yes you may have a board problem if the answer is no then your Angel has had the board replaced and replaced boards display zero's as the serial number...your Angel is engraved with the serial number under the breech anyhow so you still have the number. Hope this helps.

Thanks Guys

I bought it second hand and the id number was there before the battery ran dead but I just didn't make a note of it. Looks like it isn't a big problem thanks for easing my mind.
