Angel IR3 Help .....Please!!!

Hi.
Can anyone help me please,i have a IR3 and ive not used it for about 3/4 months...ive had it on charge for about 1or 2 hrs,and when i fire it up it lights up for about 10 seconds then goes dead. As u can tell i dont know much about this gun ,are how it works.......does it need a reallly big charge or a new battery??

when you're charging it, are you turning the marker on aswell or just letting it absorb the charge off? try turning it on, if not it may be your battery, it may be your board, but try turning it on to charge

errrrrr,the marker says its chargin!!.........and ive had the car running cos i needed to

Had the same problem, its a knackered battery mate.

Send it into WDP and they will change it for free under warrenty as this comes under their limited warrenty as an allowed factory problem. They are good like that

Send it in, they change battery and test over night on charge test it shooting wise then send it back to ya... SORTED!

Definitely a battery problem mate.

I highly recommend performanceangel.com Ken Crane is the head technician there and is certified by wdp. I just sent my ir3 last week and he shipped it out today.

Why ship a marker to the US for a tech to look at it though when we have our very own Angel |Techs here
