Angel IR3 For sale (broken good for spares)

I have an angel IR3 for sale. It is not working it may be easy to fix i don't know? I spoke to an Angel Technician and he said its worth £50 so thats what i would like for it plus postage. See link for picture:

No its an angel fly converted into an IR3. Lol or it might be angel ir3 fly? i dont know

Whats "broken" on it?

I'm not entirely sure. I think its just the battery because it wouldnt charge but it could be the board too. I dont know how to test this?
