Angel IR3 & Angel Air Input Pressure

Hi,

Am I right in saying the Angel IR3 will allow up to 1200psi input pressure?

Also am I right in sayin that the Angel Air will output can go to 850psi?

Does anyone run this setup... I think what I am trying to ask is what is the optimal input psi??

i used to run 500 out my angel air and dial my inline from that - you dont need any more

i was about to put up the same post mate, because i havent put my angel air on my IR3 yet , tom allen would be the person to ask

The optimum input pressure from your air system is 600psi.

As Scars has said 500psi will work, depends a bit on the ir3.

The 1200 psi is the absolute max, you should never put this kind of pressure into your ir3.
And your fittings won't handle that sort of pressure, they only just cope with 600psi.

Got a copy of the manual and it says to run at 750psi?? What gives...?

Are you sure it's an ir3 manual, not an lcd manual you're looking at...?

The ANGEL iR3TM is designed to operate on air/nitrogen gas. This needs to be supplied to the
ANGEL iR3TM at a regulated pressure of 700 psi (48 BAR) using a suitable first stage paintball
regulator, such as the ANGEL A.I.R.

Yeah, the manual does say 750psi, but I've been running mine on 600 and it runs just fine
