As Motocrossboy has said, press the collet/shoulder of the fitting in and pull the macroline out, you may need to twist it a bit to get it out.
The important thing with macroline is :
1. cut it square
2. make sure the macroline goes into the fitting straight, any deviation from straight will cause a leak.
3. I you need to bend the macroline heat it in the steam of a boiling kettle, and bend to just a bit more than the required radius then quench under cold water to keep the shape.
