Angel Hopper Speed settings?

I'm trying to figure out which speed setting will be optimum with an Empire loader.

Have any new G7 Angel owners here played with these settings (1-16)? Which setting gave you no problems with which hopper?

Also if you use the Empire loader dou you use it at its fastest mode or slower?
