I am quite new Angel LCD owner and as the title says I am having real difficulty with my first shot, even after turning the gun right down, my first shot can be as high as 320 but then settles down to 275-280 if I then leave it for 10-20 seconds then its back up to 320 again for the next shot.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Daystate Regulaltor on the marker (I know I should have the A.I.R system but I cant afford one yet!!!)

Thanks

Trust me Niel you don't need an A.I.R!

As I said on Sunday check your inline reg stack as the inline reg shouldn't need to be adjusted all the way in to get it down to a useable range allthough if the spring stack is correct that would suggest the output from the daystate was too high!

If not that I think its the snap ring adjustment or ram stroke adjustment, I'll give Sue the manual on sunday so you can play around!

Regards,

Paul

Thanks Paul, I will have a mess about with it next week, although I not too keen to do it myself as I will more than likely break it!

Its not that I did not trust your advice (she was you baby afterall) juts wondered if anyone else had any views,

I was also interested in your thread on Speak you brains about how different guns shoot, I must admit after using a Shocker and Impulse as my two previous markers I found I was having to aim quite high to get the distance on the ball on sunday, even though they were not particularly long fields, is this the usual thing with Angels?

Thanks again

Don't worry mate I didn't take any offence always good to get plenty of ideas!!

I've always been of the idea that all markers shoot the same given velocity and paint barrel match but I have to admit I too am now unsure maybe someday someone will do a proper bench mount test!

Could also be the lpr. You have to start with your tank though and work your way from there. I would recommend bringing it to your closest WDP Authorized service venue to fix that problem. If you dont have one close, send it off. you can find a list of them at www.wdp-paintball.com.
