Angel Differences ?????

hi,

looking to get another gat, and have been looking at 2nd hand Angels, cos they are dirt cheap at the mo....

What difference are there been the A4 speed 04 and speed 05. Im relatively new, so dont know that much bout them.

N e help / info / links appreciated!!

major difference as i said in the pm bud is that tthe 05 comes with eyes as standard and the a4 (not the a4 fly) and the 04 speed dont - i also think (although i could be wrong here) that the speed 04 is HP whereas anything A4 and onwards is LP

my personal experience of the sensi anti chop system in the 04 and A4 is that its crap - I had real difficulties with halos, whereas the 05 comes with eyes fitted as stock = no more chops

in brief

04 , tarted upgraded from the speed,has a sensi rod ie if no ball touches the rod gat wont fire,but you have to calabrate it,a lot of people did not trust it,but if you calabrated it i found it fine
a4 meant to be the lightest angel ever(at the time) more firing modes, sensi rod as well
05,smaller and has eyes,ie if a ball does not break the beam of light it wont fire,more reliable than sensi and now standerd

you missed out the euro,released for europe only,after the a4 but just before the 05 and has eyes.imho the best out of the lot shoots flat like a cocker but with the speed and reliability of a angel,prices are silly cheap as well up to £500 of last years price,second hand

you can also get the A4 Fly which is a great marker and comes with eyes as standard and sell for about £260 if you pm my teammate dougie which is a steal

Ive got an Angel lcd which im gunna keep, so what i wat is a low pressure angel with eyes!!

i though the Speed 04 was Low pressure tho ???

yup the 03 speed was the first lp angel,everything after is lp(i know because i had to buy a new reg as it would not chrono below 330 fps on hp no matter what we did )

I would choose either upgrading your lcd with the spitfire mod, and "soon to be" low pressure operation, or going for an A4 fly or above.

All the angels above the Speed 03 are low pressure, but only the models above the A4 fly have eyes.

yeah wanna keep the lcd... its a real goodun, when PERV serviced it he sed its sweet, and its never chopped on me, or him.. its an adeal backup / lendtoafriend marker!!
