Angel Charging...

Hi guys,

I charged my A4 for 8 hours yesterday and i went to training today and i shot about 2 balls and the battery just died on me. The screen just went blank and it stopped firing..

Did you turn the A4 on before charging, and was the battery indicator pulsing.

Yes, i turned it on as the manuel says and i put the charger in the grip and it said: Charg and the small battery was flashing up and down

In all fairness it took more like 500 shots or so and then died, seemed like it was draining uber-quick.

hmm ye true, but a full charge has lasted me like 5 tourneys before

5 tournies is about right, what source are you charging it from.

I first charged it in a car which was in a cold garage, second i charged it in a van which charged it perfect (which obviously it didnt ) and i checked the voltage on both cars and its fine

on some cars the power to the cigarette lighter shuts off when you switch the ignition off, it's caught me out before.

nope it all works beacuse the small red light on the charger is on when its in and it says charging

There is a chance the wires going to the on/off switch may have been damaged, this is a common fault but usually shows up on older markers. Take the back plate off, be careful there is a spring underneath for the breech pin, and check the wires going to the switch. Give them a light pull if they come off there's your problem.

Also take the grip frame off and look at the battery wires, to see if they have been trapped anywhere and stripped. The battery could be getting shorted out by the body.

Also make sure the battery plug is inserted into the board fully.
