can u use a multi-voltage charger on an angel lcd?

Technically yes you can, however I wouldn't as the milliamps on the majority of those multi units isn't particulary high and the ones that are are expensive. If you do go down this route the outside of the barrel is the + and the inner is -
There is an Angel charger for sale in the classifieds @ £25 that is good value assuming it is for the LCD. I have to ask are you looking to do this as you don't have access to a car, if this is the case then get a wall unit and plug the Angel charger into that.
Maplin PS-04 plenty of ampage and just the job.
