If the battery is not fully charged can that keep the gun from shooting at the proper velocity? My brothers speed was going nuts today and all he could figure was that the battery needed charging. It would shoot 135, 213, 140, 127 etc. and he couldn't get it to play right no matter how much he jacked with it. Someone suggested it might be the battery and that didn't sound right to me, but after charging the battery for awhile, the gun did seem to straighten out. What's the deal?
