Advise please.When i fill my bottle 2 or 3 seconds later hprv exhausts gas.When i turn the unit on and check output pressure it slowly raises from 450psi set pressure up to say about 650psi.I work with valves and pressures,so if any one can tell me how to stop this valve from passing,please advise me.Thanks.

Im no expert on air systems but it sounds like your main seal has gone.

strip it, clean it, prob solved, prob just a bit of dirt on the seal bud
had the same problem myself.
do you turn the air off totally after a days play and empty the hose?
and wind it back up to the desired pressure at the start of each day?

so how do i tackle stripping one of these to get to the damaged seal
