You shouldn't really have velocity problems as long as when you dial the output pressure up you keep it to around the same point every time. i.e. with mine, my output pressure is always around the 450 mark, so every time I turn it on (dial it up again) it's back up to 450. Always chrono but in all honesty it's never made a huge difference and I'm running in the 290's all the time. Agreed though, just dialling the output pressure up & down is the easiest (& cheapest) way to turn it on & off. Just be sure that when you fill an empty bottle that the output pressure is right down or you'll end up with leaks galore!

Thanks for that guys, never thought of dialing the output pressure down. Will dialing up and down everytime I finish playing cause any probs? I've only just had it serviced:D

Cheers,

Si

Putting a on/off tap between the angel air and the marker can make the hose more difficult to fit, cause it puts the fitting closer to the mini reg on the marker by about 1 or 2 inches.

Just make sure you get one that is tested to the correct pressure.

Tom Allen is the man.

Had mine for over 3 years now and never had a problem. Just one silly little thing to watch out for though. Make sure you have an exact fitting allen key for dialling it up & down. If you round the edges on the screw then you're gonna have some problems!

It's a 2.5mm key, and i'm currently working on an integral on/off for the angel air, which will be ready very soon.
