Angel 4 Firing Modes

Hey there,
My lovely A4 is firing nicely, but want to know (for back-garden use only, of course ) how , or indeed if its able to, to switch it to full-auto or x-shot burst?
I know about Semi-1 through 4, but not really sure what the difference is between these. The manuals great at showing how to change things, but not at what these changes do...

Can anyone help?

I think they are locked out on the UK version.

That makes sense, even the manual doesnt talk about them.. Is there any way of unlocking it?
I'm aware of current legislation concerning modes of fire etc, its purely for my own pleasure, not sites etc...
Or does the spitfire mod give these modes as well?

Not neccesarily, my old A4 was a UK, retail bought item that had all the modes unlocked for some reason, 3 burst, full auto, ramp. Discovered it when I was scrolling through the main menus and was slightly bemused by it.

thats cool, pretty sure mine arent available, maybe im pushing the wrong buttons...

Without using a PDA, is there any way of changing the order of things in the menu (i.e. getting rid of a few of the alarms, or moving the MROF counter to the top of the list?)...

With the sptifire mod you get Uncapped semi, 15bps capped semi, 15bps ramping, 18bps ramping, uncapped ramping and practice mode (where the bolt doesnt move all the way, like on the EGO).

Thats cool, sounds like a sweet idea. Something for Xmas I think!! With the ramping, can you change what it kicks in at, or is it preset?

It is preset,

The 15bps ramping kicks in at 7.5bps so its millenium legal.


The uncapped ramping kicks in at 2.5bps, its really just for testing.

You cant even do it with a PDA since WDP never actually released the software for the A4 (i dont think anyway, please correct me if I'm wrong, coz I want a copy if it's about!)

Really! So whats the point of the infra-red port, can it do anything? Does older software work with it?
