Angel 04 Power problem!

Hey, i recently got a second hand angel 04, with a new battery. But, it wont charge. The battery is in correctly and im quite sure all the wiring is correct, when its plugged in it turns on and shows that power is present, but, fails to do so when the charger is taken out.

Any suggestions?

have you turned the actual marker on - i know with my a4 you need to turn the marker on for it to charge.

Yes i have done that, when i do it shows that theres power present but no joy when the chargers out

sounds like the battery could be farked........

either that or it has run so flat there isn't enough power to get it started.
