This post is in reference to a sale thread which i baught something from 'Andy hogg notorious kidz' him and also a thread in the section where you get in touch with people which i posted.
Dont know if this is the right place but just looking for guidance.

I baught an NXe pack off him on the 9th October, paid for it right away and have heard nothing back and not received my item, i left it a few extra days as we had post troubles up here, but something i paid for at a later date came through so i figured there was no problems as far as royal mail were concerned.

So i PM'd him on friday i think it was (16th October) asking if he had sent it yet. I noticed last time i checked he has not been online since the 9th but as you can imagine i just want what i paid for.

I wanted to try get in touch with him before i contact paypal to try get my money back.
The deal was made on his thread, only PM i received from him was stating his paypal address, no other contact has been made and i still have paypal receipt and bank statements to show the money has left my bank if this helps at all

There maybe a chance he is away on holiday, if he has not been on line since the 9th then there must be a valid reason.

I take it you do not have a telephone number or email address for him?

I dont have a telephone number from him, and the email address i have is his paypal email. I will try email that and see if i get a response as i havn't from PM's or posts

Ok just a quick update, ive tried sending him an email to that address and it has came back as "Delivery Status Failure" So im presuming he has deleted his hotmail account...........

Try the email route just in case he can get those while he is away. I will have a dig around and see if I can find a telephone number for him.

Sorry mate, litteraly just pipped you to the post and posted before you.
Email route is a no go, looks like he has deleted his hotmail as it came back as a failed delivery which only ever happens if the account is none existant

Whack a paypal dispute in Jamie.

You can always cancel it if/when you get your stuff.



Whatever you do, DONT leave it 30 days without filing a dispute. After that time Paypal wont let you file one.

good point john mate, didnt know there was a 30 day limit on paypal disputes.

Ok so managed to cancel the payment as it said it was unclaimed (didnt seem to show that last time i looked)

so i guess ill wait for him to get in touch and see what he says.
