Thanks to all the players who came down to train at ambush today It was really cool to see people playing some hard 'ball and trying out some crazy sh*t!

Special thanks to Kitch, Jim, Christine and all the Ambush staff because without them none of this woulda been possible!

P.S I aint ever going back to that club! I cant believe they named such as **** hole after us

There was like severn of us in his house Drinking his beer ,drinking his JD and coke and some people who went home earley enjoyed other delights from his house .

I can now say that .........that club was the ....biggest ****e hole i have ever been to The place was just....wrong 18 stone blokes moshing on there own ......JUST SO WRONG

Bad part was strongle getting mashed
MOst of us did not know that he had fell over .......
