i got them and i figured they would be good for my gun, then i read on their site that they prefer low pressure chambers, i knew my gun didn't have that but i figured it didn't matter

i played today and my gun chopped 5 out of 5 of them, i tried them in my friends new spyder image select, which has a low pressure chamber, didn't break a single one out of 30, they were the most accurate ball i've ever seen, they didn't even curve, they just dropped and he only has the short, cheap barrel that came with the gun, only about 9", i am getting an icon next which also is low pressure(which should shoot them), but still why wouldn't they shoot out of my gun?

i bought a case of them for this weekend for a tournament and if they're not going to shoot, how am i going to play with no more money? i guess borrow my friends spyder agresser XT? help me out:(

you didnt mention what sort of marker you are using but that doesnt really matter id be willing to bet that you are bursting balls due to a bad barrel/paint match

I would assume that since your marker is not low pressure, it will be more harsh on the paint you are firing. Some paintball are just too brittle for some markers to fire, and you will end up smashing them. No barrel in the world will help you out here.

Maybe try a less brittle paintball and see how that goes.

Yeah, even though you didn't pay too much for it, the paint is too high quality for a Brass Eagle gun. It might be really round and uniform, but most high ressure blowbacks will tear through them simly because their shell isn't thick enough. You'd be better of shooting a lower quality paint through that gun, but if your going to get an icon you SHOULD be ok. Don't bet the farm on it, but the Icon should have a low enough operating to shoot it. Bottom line is though, pick the gun you want and match a paint to it, not buying the best paint you can find and finding a gun that can shoot it.
