ok now this thread in not bitching in any way im just wanting some advice on what to do and how to go about it. and this is not to blame play_the_game because he has been trying to sort this out for me

so to the story

last monday ( not this week the one bofore ) i sent £310 for a black etek from play_the_game. so its been a week and abit and i still havent recived the gun and im not even too sure it has been sent. the thing that im concerned about is that he was selling it for (andy who has been banned from the forums multiple times and we know how reliable he is) so ive asked play_the_game to contact andy and he hasnt been on msn for about a week since i talked to him about buying his etek and play_the_game has tried to ringing for a tracking code and no reply. so now my etek could be with andy the royal mail or maybe even with someone else ?? so heres where i need help i would apreciate it if anyone who knows andy could get this code and ask him if it has been sent and then hopefully we can get this sorted out. another problem is my paypal has sent the money to play_the_game as it should and he recived it then about 7 or 8 days later it shows that there has been a refund and now the money has been put on hold !! . i dont know why it has done this but play_the_game says that when i reive the etek then i can pay which is nice of him.

am awaiting my profilers from him which he "sent" on thursday - ill let you know if they turn up! - im confident that they will - i dont think he would invest in platinum and get feedback if he was gonna scam.he got a ban from negative feedback from gasman due to the shirt being andy's etc im not sure how long this was for though.

Has play_the_game given you any proof he has handed the money over to Andy (whatever the guys name is)???
Seems to me after all the stuff about both of them on these forums, they are as bad as one another!!! And probably in partnership scamming people!!!
My advice, GET TO THE POLICE STATION and report them both with as much evidence as you can get!!!

i think the police might be abit harsh !! but i dont think that play_the_game is a scammer i just think its a problem that hes selling for andy or i think he might have bought it off andy but hes posting it ?? i dont really know

Ive seen Play-the-game come on here very often.

Judging by him playing in that UK reapers team with the other scammer, im sure hes well aware of scamming. So quite frankly i doubt he would be stupid enough so attempt to scam because he knows he will get in trouble.

Play_the_game has been online since a week. I was speaking to him today

What I think has happened is he has put your money on hold, whilst he is trying to sort out everybody elses items. Ill have a word with him on msn and see whats going on.

yeah ive been talkin with him on msn too but we seem to be getting nowhere but im sure if he had the gun on his person and not andy then it mite be a different story
