Alias Timmy / Frenzy question

Played with the marker yesterday and no problems.Turn marker on today and try to access the menu and it will only go to the dwell setting and then returns straight back to the main screen (Timer )

Any ideas,board ,button membrane.Tried a new battery and its the same.

I 'think' this is a problem with the older software rectified in version 116. Is the software you have version 110?

I think so , any way of getting it upgraded

I don't know if NPS Europe are upgrading the boards, or if its still the case it has to go back to Blast in the US.

Think Manike was saying that they flash them at major events as well?
