From my understanding of the ruling, they should be able to not only start manufacturing their markers again, but also sue SP for up the 300% of their damages (lost revenue). Haven't heard anything from the AKA camp though, so who knows. Maybe somebody should drop them an email?
they are staying very tight lipped on this case. over at pbnation the big guys at AKA have nothing positive to say about the case, but isnt that always the matter when something important is going on behind the scenes.
im pretty sure i remember them saying that there is still an issue about the court case between SP n WDP which needs resolving for things to progress.

AKA have a lifetime warranty and they still make bits for it.
AKA also have a sort of cartridge system. One bit doesn't work send it back and get new.

Great bloke and does all sorts of spares and replacements.
I am also including spare o ring s for marker and reg and wire detents and even a spare set of eyes. I have had several Vikings and Excaliburs and I have never even had to change an o ring.
After each days play, wipe off any paint, shove a few drops of lube in the asa and shoot through.
Jobs a good un.
