That tank would be absolutely fine. In fact, I think 'Magic_8ball' on these forums as a 2nd-hand Dye Throttle for sale for ~£90-100, so perhaps send a PM his way.

Any fibrewrap 4500 PSI tank should suit you. The size of tank you want will depend largely on what position you play. 1.1 is pretty much industry standard, though some front players prefer a 0.8 for a smaller lighter setup, whereas some back players prefer 1.5s to give more shots per fill.
Personally I'd go for a 1.1L 4500 fibrewrap air system. PMI have some great air systems, would definately be worth looking into getting one of those

matt, initially, you will be fine with a 0.8l 3000psi matey... id much rather see you getting onto the field, than splashing out on new kit because you can
