air tank screw coming loose

please help im new to owning my own marker and i need a little help. Im not sure what to call it but the valve on top of my air tank is stuck in the asa and the tank itself is unscrewing from the valve i dont no why. I will get a picture if that will help you understand thanks.

cheers but its not the best of markers its only an icon z so it doesnt have an on/off asa.

I am getting a new one soon hopefully but i wanted this one as a back up and to just mess about with.

Make sure the bottle is empty then.

The bottle is empty but im affraid if i unscrew it that it will trash the entire bottle but it looks like that is my only option.

I wouldnt recommend that as there may be enough pressure in the bottle to force something to blow out.

Try resting your palm/wrist against the gauge on the reg, hold it tight and unscrew the marker off the bottle. How I unscrewed my pressurised bottle off an ION once.

Just a technique I use, have the bottle between the legs and unscrew the marker off the bottle.

if the bottle is empty and the reg is loose anyway then you wont cause any damage to the bottle by unscrewing the reg
