I`m looking to upgrade my current air setup to 4500psi and have been looking at either a Flatline,A.I.R.,or a Maxflow all in 1.5l, and would welcome comment from users of the said systems as I can`t decide, honest comments please ie good and bad.

Thanxs.:D

AIR is the most expensive of them, and in my opinion not at all worth the extra expense and it doesn't have the flow rate of the others. Flatline is the least expensive of them, but I don't think it comes in 1.5 liter at the moment but you can buy such a bottle and have it put on. I like them. Maxflows are excellent in function and form and have one of the best track records of any air system. For a bit less money and every bit as much performance take a look at the MacDev Conquest.

Not an on off as such but all you need is an allen key to turn the ref output pressure to zero, plus you can get a knob that replaces the allen key screw, I believ Cobra does one.

well i have both an air and a max flo. have not really noticed any difference in performance between the 2. the electronic side of the air is handier and more acurate than the guages on the max flo but the on/off on the max flo is very handy. and yes i know u can just add an on/off for the angel but thats not the point.

Yeah ,thanks for that Mr Onion, Maxflows keep coming out on top,1.5l bottle on the Flatline ain`t a problem but to be fair I`ve had trouble with a 3000 psi Flatline(old model)so I might keep away from them.Haven`t seen a MacDev system ,don`t even know if their avaidable in the UK.:D :D :D

The flatline is very reliable, ive still got a 3000 flatline on a RT for 3yrs now & ive not had to replace a part or had any problems with it yet, other people that have own 1 have said the same when ived asked them also planet havnt had 1 come back for repair when i asked um.
All ive dont is stripped it every now & then(which is easy) also reoiling it.It can cope easily with a RT on full reactive so u'll have no problems for a E-mag wot so ever with the flow rate.
Ive upgraded to the 4500flatline,no problems so far.

Ive had the odd problem with the max flow, generally a ok reg.

Air is ok & reliable but ive been told it can be a pain (very reliable source),coz it keeps swithing it self off every 30 secs or so if its not havin to do owt to save the battery & when it does switch itself off u have to keep telling it wot settins u want it at- ie wot pressure or wot gun its for etc which is a pain if it does it during a game! or so ive been told!

ahem *bollocks* ahem :)

the only part that switches off is the display LCD and this does not affect the settings at all. press the button and the shots left etc pop back up. its merely to prolong the battery life.
