what do all these figures stand for?? e.g. 0.8L bottle - CE with 3000psi preset regulator and what are figures like 48, 68 CU mean?

HSE, CE & DOT are all standards that bottle's are tested to - For the UK & Europe only HSE and the newer CE bottles are allowed. DOT bottles are the America standard I think.
0.8l 1.1l 1.5l 1.9l are all sizes of bottle - They are 0.8 litres, 1.1 litres, etc.
48CU, 68CU, etc are also the same size bottle just expressed in another way, UK & Europe use the sizes above mainly, while the USA use 48, 68 CU's.
