Location, Location.
an air compressor, generator, petrol, the correct fittings - possibly a liscense....

an easier way to do things is to buy yourself a dive bottle, get an adaptor and fill it that way. you can fill your air tank and then go down your local dive center and fill the dive tank....

New you are probably looking at around £200 for a 300bar 12L dive tank and around £50 for a 300bar fill rig.

I got my tank from Simply Scuba and most paintball shops sell a fill rig.

If you have a 4,500psi tank you will want a 300bar tank and 12L is about the biggest I have easily found, but I believe 15L tanks are available if you look around, but 12L is heavy enough.

If you spend more money on the tank you can get a aluminium one instead of the cheaper steel ones, as the steel one are really heavy.

Or you could buy secondhand from the forums, but remember the tanks have to be tested every five years and that costs around £30, some dive shop may make you retest you tank every 2.5 years.

Right...Dont buy an Aluminium Tank...Steel is better (Faber, who make Dive tanks, have the tag line "If it's Steel, it must be Faber!") You can get composite (Kevlar) tanks, but they are costly and not usually big enough.
Get on the phone to LPC (London Paintball) they will sell you a complete 300bar tank and rig for around £180. Importantly, the tanks are fitted with a DRY valve (ie: not designed to be submerged) and therefore, only need to be tested every 5 years.
Scuba tanks, require a visual inspection every 2.5 years, and a preassure test every 5th year.
